Training truly brings me so much pleasure.

Being able to help nurture and develop someone to go on and become a better version of themselves is such a rewarding process.

These sessions would allow for a member of your team to flourish and grow without the need for formal qualifications at a college or through apprenticeships.

Group training is available to both members of the public and those within the industry.

Perfect for passing on key pastry skills to small groups that can include demonstrations, practical and theory lead sessions.


Competition specific training is available on a 1-1 basis as well as small groups.

These sessions would allow for the prospective competitor to have the best chance of success with a dedicated mentor throughout their journey without taking up the valuable time of other team members.
